Ongoing SaaS Content & AI Visibility, Handled Monthly
Give your SaaS content a clear plan and someone to carry it through. I combine monthly planning, product research, and answer-first writing to help buyers find your product, understand it, and compare their options.
Work directly with me as your B2B SaaS content strategist, SEO and AI visibility writer. Choose a monthly scope that fits what your team needs to publish next.
A consistent content partner
Keep the work moving
with a clear purpose.
A retainer gives your team an agreed publishing scope and a repeatable working process. Each new piece builds on the product knowledge and priorities developed together.
Know what comes next.
Choose topics around buyer questions, search intent, product relevance, and gaps in your existing content. Planning gives the next draft a reason to exist.
Make product detail useful.
Explain the task, workflow, or decision behind a feature. Give readers examples and tradeoffs that help them judge whether your product fits.
Connect your pages.
Use relevant internal links and clear next steps to connect educational content with comparison, feature, and product pages.
Choose your monthly scope
Three retainers.
Different content needs.
Start with the volume and planning support your team can use consistently. Each retainer starts with a three-month commitment and monthly billing.
Build a focused starting point
Foundation
For SaaS teams that want a manageable publishing rhythm and help deciding what their next articles should cover.
- 2 SaaS SEO articles each month
- Monthly content planning
- SEO and answer-first AEO structure
- FAQ section with each article
- Internal-link recommendations
- Up to 3 revision rounds per article
See Foundation tier details
Best when you need a small, steady article program. We agree on the audience, topic priorities, and product context, then develop the two monthly articles around those needs.
Comparison pages, broader audits, and other formats can be quoted separately or discussed as part of a different retainer.
Articles + decision-stage content
Momentum
For SaaS teams that need a fuller publishing schedule and content for buyers actively comparing products or approaches.
- 4 SaaS SEO articles each month
- 1 comparison or decision-stage asset
- Monthly content roadmap
- Topic cluster planning
- Metadata and image guidance
- Up to 3 revision rounds per article
See Momentum tier details
Best when you want educational articles alongside a page that helps prospects evaluate options. The additional asset could be a product comparison, alternatives page, or buyer guide, as agreed in the scope.
The roadmap connects topics and pages so the work supports a defined audience and relevant product decisions.
A broader content program
Authority
A custom scope for SaaS teams investing in a larger content program across search, buyer education, and AI visibility.
- 6+ content assets each month
- 1 comparison article per month
- Monthly strategy planning
- Content refresh recommendations
- Quarterly AI visibility audit
- Priority content support
See Authority tier details
Best when you need a broader mix of content and regular strategic review. The proposal confirms the exact asset mix and total count, including how the comparison article fits into the monthly scope.
Refresh recommendations identify existing pages worth improving. Any rewrite work, audit coverage, revision allowance, and priority support arrangements are defined in the proposal.
Prices are starting rates in USD. The final fee reflects the agreed formats, research depth, and product complexity. Before starting, we confirm the deliverables, delivery schedule, revisions, and input needed from your team in writing.
How the work gets done
One working relationship.
A repeatable process.
You work directly with me on priorities, research, drafts, and feedback. Your team brings product knowledge; I turn that input into content your audience can use.
A finished brief is helpful, but it is not required to start the conversation.
-
1. Establish the starting point
Review your product, audience, existing pages, priority topics, and available source material. Agree on what the first month needs to deliver.
-
2. Confirm the monthly plan
Choose the content angles and page goals. Identify the product examples, supporting evidence, and expert input needed for each draft.
-
3. Research, write, and review
I develop the agreed content and flag questions that need your team’s input. You review for product accuracy and voice; I work through the included revisions.
-
4. Prepare the next cycle
Your team publishes the approved content unless publishing support is separately agreed. We use feedback and available performance data to inform the next month’s priorities.
The first three months
Build context.
Then improve the work.
The initial term gives us several content cycles to develop product understanding, deliver the agreed work, and review what needs to change.
Month one
Set the direction.
Confirm the audience, content priorities, source material, and review process. Begin the agreed monthly deliverables.
Month two
Build on the feedback.
Carry product and editorial feedback into the next drafts. Develop relevant connections between the pages in your content plan.
Month three
Review the next priorities.
Assess delivery, content quality, and early performance signals where available. Agree on what a continued program should focus on.
Search and AI visibility can take longer to develop. The three-month review evaluates the work delivered and the evidence available; it is not a deadline for guaranteed rankings, citations, or leads.
Work you can review
Check the thinking
behind the offer.
Review a documented own-site case study, an independent AI visibility teardown, and a comparison sample before choosing a retainer.

Notion vs Asana
A buyer-focused comparison showing how I explain use cases, product differences, and practical tradeoffs.

A smaller first step
Free Answer-First
Page Check
Send one live SaaS page and the audience it needs to help. I’ll take a brief look at whether the main answer, product explanation, and next step are clear.
The check highlights one or two content opportunities so you can see how I approach a page. It is a brief initial review; a deeper audit or rewrite is available as a paid project.
Include your page URL, target reader, and what the page should help them understand or do.

and how we work.

What’s included each month?
Foundation includes two SEO articles and monthly planning. Momentum includes four SEO articles, one comparison or decision-stage asset, and a content roadmap. Authority is a custom scope starting at six or more assets, with strategy planning, refresh recommendations, and a quarterly AI visibility audit. The tier details above show the specific inclusions; your proposal confirms the final scope.
How is this different from hiring in-house?
A retainer gives you an external specialist for a defined monthly planning and writing scope. An in-house role can be a better fit when you need someone embedded in daily operations, managing people, or owning several marketing channels. My retainer suits teams that need focused SaaS content support and have someone available to provide product input and approvals.
Can we start with a project and move to a retainer?
Yes. Start with an article, comparison page, or audit to assess the working relationship. If ongoing support makes sense, we agree on a retainer separately. You can review the one-time services or request the Free Answer-First Page Check .
What’s the minimum commitment?
The initial commitment is three months, billed monthly. This gives us time to establish product context and work through several planning, drafting, and review cycles. Payment dates, cancellation terms, and any renewal arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement before we begin.
Why do retainers cost more than individual articles?
The retainer includes the agreed planning and recurring support as well as the content itself. The tiers differ in volume, roadmap work, and strategic review. If you already have a complete brief and only need one draft, a one-time writing project may fit better.
Do you handle SEO and AI visibility in the writing?
Yes. I consider search intent, direct answers, product context, supporting evidence, and clear page structure. The goal is content that helps buyers understand your product and supports search and AI-assisted discovery. Rankings, AI citations, and demo requests cannot be guaranteed.
What do you need from our team?
Your website, audience, goals, product documentation, and a contact who can answer product questions and review drafts. If you have keyword research, sales objections, customer examples, or brand guidelines, those can help. We agree on the review schedule before starting.
Can the retainer include existing content?
Yes, we can discuss refresh work when defining the scope. Authority includes refresh recommendations; implementing those changes is specified separately in the agreed asset mix. If your priority is deciding which pages to fix first, a content audit can be a useful starting point.
How do we evaluate the work?
We start with the purpose of the pages. Depending on your goals and available data, we can review delivery, product accuracy, search visibility, relevant query performance, buyer engagement, and attributed inquiries. AI visibility checks are observations of defined questions at a given time. The reporting scope and access needed are agreed in the proposal.
How do I choose the right tier?
Choose Foundation for a focused two-article program. Choose Momentum when you need more articles plus decision-stage content. Discuss Authority when you need a broader mix and regular strategic review. If you are unsure, share your website and goals before choosing a package.
