AI visibility consultant for SaaS
Make Your SaaS Product Easier to Find in AI Answers
Give buyers clear answers about your product when they research problems, compare tools, and build a shortlist.
As an AI visibility consultant for SaaS, I review the buyer questions your content needs to answer, then write or improve the pages that explain your product’s role.
The work connects search intent, accurate product detail, useful evidence, and a clear next step. It can support research through Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI answer tools, while keeping the content useful for people.

Where to start
What are buyers struggling to learn about your product?
They search for a problem you solve.
Your site describes features, but does not explain the buyer’s problem, the available approaches, or where your product fits.
They compare you with another tool.
The important use cases, limitations, pricing details, or tradeoffs are missing or difficult to verify.
They find conflicting information.
Different pages give inconsistent descriptions of your product, its capabilities, or who it serves.
Content work
What I review and improve
Buyer question coverage
I identify questions about problems, use cases, comparisons, and product fit. The priorities guide the page topics and sections.
Clear answers and explanations
I improve introductions, headings, definitions, examples, and FAQs so readers can understand the main answer quickly.
Product facts and evidence
I check product names, features, claims, and limitations against available documentation, with questions flagged for your team.
Connected content
I recommend relevant internal links, comparison criteria, metadata, and next steps that connect the page to the buyer’s decision.
SEO and AI visibility writer: I carry the recommendations into the draft. You can commission a new article, comparison page, product explanation, or a focused refresh of existing content.
Your deliverables
A defined review or a finished content asset
We agree on the scope before starting, so you know whether the project covers diagnosis, writing, or both.
- For a review: buyer questions, observations from the agreed checks, content gaps, and prioritized recommendations.
- For writing: a clear outline and draft, supported product explanations, useful FAQs, metadata, and internal link recommendations.
- For a refresh: revised content addressing the agreed structure, clarity, and buyer question gaps.
- For content projects: brand voice alignment and up to three revision rounds, as set out in the project scope.

Measurement
Define what to check before changing the content.
- Agree on relevant buyer questions. Include broad problems and comparisons, alongside questions that name your brand.
- Record a baseline. Save the question, date, tool, available model or mode information, answer, and cited URLs.
- Review the actual answer. Distinguish a brand mention from a linked citation. Check whether the description of your product is accurate.
- Repeat comparable checks. Record changes over time and review referral visits or inquiries where the data is available.
Measurement is a separately agreed part of the scope. AI answers vary between runs, so a small prompt sample is an observation rather than a complete measure of market visibility.

Frequently asked questions
About AI visibility content
What is GEO or AI visibility content?
GEO means generative engine optimization. In my content work, it means creating useful pages that clearly explain a topic, name the relevant product, support claims, and answer buyer questions. It is a content approach, not a guaranteed route to an AI citation.
Is this different from regular SEO?
The work overlaps with SEO: relevant topics, useful explanations, accurate facts, and clear page structure still matter. The added focus is how your product is described in AI answers, which buyer questions those answers address, and whether the cited information is accurate.
How do you measure whether it is working?
When measurement is included, we agree on a set of buyer questions, record a baseline, and repeat comparable checks. I distinguish mentions, linked citations, factual accuracy, and any measurable referral visits or inquiries. A single favorable answer is not evidence of consistent visibility.
How long before results show up?
There is no dependable timetable for AI mentions or citations. Content delivery has an agreed deadline, while visibility depends on the systems involved and factors beyond the draft. We can agree on review dates and assess what changed.
Do you guarantee citations in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
No. I can improve the content and document agreed checks, but I cannot control which sources an AI tool or search feature chooses.
Can you improve pages we already have?
Yes. Existing articles, comparison pages, use-case pages, and product explanations can be reviewed and refreshed. We choose the pages around your buyer questions and the gaps you need to address.
Should I start with a Mini Audit or a brand teardown?
Choose a Mini Audit when one page needs attention. Choose a brand teardown when you want a broader look at how your product is presented across selected buyer questions and public sources.
Your next content decision
Which buyer question should your product answer better?
Send me your website, the questions that matter to your buyers, and the pages you want to review. I will recommend a focused audit or content project.
